Peter Locandro – Managing Partner

“If you do what You’ve Always Done, you’ll get what You’ve Always Gotten”

Peter is an accountant who is about more than just the numbers. He has been a small business owner for more than 25 years, a keen property investor, a public speaker, a radio host, blogger and a small business mentor to many. Helping team members perform to the best of their ability is what puts a smile on his face.

Peter, CPA qualified became a business owner at age 26. It is humble beginnings from the days growing up on a dairy farm in the country to Italian migrants who sent him off to boarding school at age 11 to get an education and get him off the farm.

He teaches his clients to make decisions, to act and not sit on the fence. His ideal client is someone that is keen to listen, keen to learn and keen to succeed. He has helped many achieve things that they thought were not previously possible through his guidance and teachings. He is also about setting up the right tax structures – for both asset protection and legal tax minimization reasons. His accountancy qualifications go a long way towards achieving this objective.

Peter is an Essendon supporter and has 1 dog, 3 children, and 1 wife. In his free time, you can find him following the kid’s basketball journey’s around the world or enjoying a nice Japanese Whiskey.

Bernard Negline – Partner

Bernard is a Senior Commercial Executive, providing virtual CFO services.  In his role, Bernard advises firms within private, public and not for profit sectors.

Bernard’s focus is in the education sector and not for profit organisations. He provides a lead role in guiding and aiding businesses through the development, growth and maturity phases.

Bernard’s experience finance experience has been gained in Australia, US, UK and Asia Pacific across a wide range of sectors, including FMCG-Retail, Wholesale & Distribution, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Heavy Engineering, Textiles and the Not For Profit sector.

Outside of work, Bernard’s interests are his family, enjoying music, wine, walking and watching sport.

Kirsty Blake – General Manager

Being a leader is about being comfortable when things do not go according to plan.

“Leaders don’t see failure, they see unfinished success”.

In Kirsty’s capacity as General Manager, the role is diverse and has two key focuses.  The first is working on a day to day basis with the team, looking at the operational functions of the firm from IT, Administration, HR and Business Systems.  The second component of the role is the planning and implementation of the strategic direction of the firm to better meet the needs of the firm’s clients.

Born and bred in Melbourne, Kirsty has also worked in a range of industries including Telecommunication, Hospitality, Utilities and spent two years living and working in London.

Kirsty looks beyond the day to day operations to challenge the status quo and look for new opportunities. She believes the role of General Manager is only as good as the quality of outcomes delivered collectively by a team.

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys the “glamping” lifestyle of escaping to varied destinations with her family in their caravan.

Belinda Albert – Client Service Manager

Belinda is passionate in helping clients achieve their goals with the best resources and help available. She enjoys building relationships with her clients.  Supporting her business clients to develop and improve on the management of their business through providing accurate financial reporting to make better and accurate decisions allowing her clients to spend more time doing what they love doing.

Belinda has eye for property and always enjoys a good discussion on how to best structure your next investment.

Outside of the office you will find Belinda enjoying Pilates, watching the latest film and trying a new recipe in the kitchen.

Jacqui Bainbridge – Client Service Manager

Jacqui takes a proactive approach in working with her clients.  She enjoys communicating complex tax and accounting concepts in a language her clients’ can understand to help them make better informed decisions in their business or personal lives.

Jacqui is an analytical thinker who can creatively solve her clients’ problems. She spends time getting to know her clients so she can support and advise them on strategies that will maximise their results and outcomes.

Jacqui is CPA qualified and has been working in public practice for over 20 years with over 10 years of management accounting experience prior to joining the public practice life.

In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys travel, reading and craft along with the odd game of hockey.   She is married and has three children, two dogs and a cat who rules the house.

Jeanine Ziovas – Client Service Manager

Jeanine enjoys working with businesses of all kinds to provide both tax and business support along their journey.

As a senior team member, and with over 30 years’ experience, Jeanine has extensive technical knowledge in both tax and business management.  She specialised in management reporting, assistance with cash flow forecasting and budgeting and accounting software solutions.

Jeanine has worked in New Zealand and the UK. Prior to working as a tax accountant, she worked in many different industries including Telecommunications, Wholesale and Construction.

Jeanine has two teenage boys and a husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Daz Monnekulame – Financial Planner

As a Financial Planner, Daz enjoys empowering his clients to make informed financial decisions that enable them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Due to his caring nature, Daz has the ability to make clients feel comfortable the instance they meet. His empathy and ability to listen enables Daz to identify his clients’ personal needs and goals and aspirations. This in turn allows him to develop advice solutions to achieve their goals and aspirations and explain it in a manner that enables his clients to make informed financial decisions that they are comfortable with.

Daz has been a Financial Planner for over 11 years with experience in the accounting, industry super fund and banking sectors. He enjoys working with a diverse range of clients including wealth accumulators, pre-retirees and post-retirees.

Outside the office, Daz enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. As a Queenslander, Daz also enjoys watching the NRL (especially the Melbourne Storm and the Queensland Maroons).

Lucy Ramunno  – Finance Broker

With so many lending solutions available it is important to seek independent advice.  Lucy has extensive experience , starting her career with a leading global bank – Citibank, where she worked as a Relationship Manager predominantly with high net-worth clientele. Lucy was the recipient of the globally recognized Gold Customer Service Excellence Award.

Following Lucy’s career at Citibank, she worked as the in-house mortgage broker within a property education company.  Her experience extends from first home buyers to more complex, multi property investment portfolio clients.

Lucy takes great pride in ensuring the clients understand the transaction, the concepts and the structures she recommends.  With access to the latest products from a wide range of lenders, Lucy stays up to date with their niche products and changes to lending policies to find the right solution for the firm’s clients.
